The office is in central Berlin. Most work happens remotely, but we travel when sitting in the room matters.

Hanna reads every inquiry personally. If the problem sounds like something we can help with, she will suggest a call. If not, she will say so and, where possible, point you somewhere more suitable.

Organizational problems are usually sensitive. We do not share what you tell us with anyone, including in vague terms. If you need a formal NDA before talking, that is fine.
What we ignore
