Email works best. A short note describing the situation is usually enough to start. If it looks like a fit, we set up a call. If not, we say so quickly.
We work remotely with clients across German-speaking Europe and travel when in-person presence adds value.
What to include in your inquiry
- •a brief description of the situation
- •the main issue or decision under review
- •any relevant timing considerations
- •the kind of support you are exploring

After you write
A senior partner reviews every inquiry personally. If the problem sounds like something we can address, we will suggest a call. If not, we will say so directly and, where possible, point you toward more suitable resources.
There is no sales process. Either the work makes sense or it does not.
What stays private
Organizational problems are usually sensitive. We do not share what you tell us with anyone, including in vague terms. Non-disclosure agreements are standard practice for all engagement discussions. If you require a formal NDA before the initial conversation, we can arrange that.
What we ignore
Cold sales pitches, partnership proposals, vendor offerings, and recruiting outreach will not receive a response. This contact channel is intended for potential clients and substantive business inquiries only.
Focused discussion. No obligation. Clear next step.
